Q. How long will we have to wait for a
volunteer?
A. This depends on the number of registered volunteers that we have in your
local area. If no volunteers are registered at present it may help if you
could put up some Pets As Therapy posters in your local vets/pet shop which
may help to swell the numbers of volunteers in your area.
Q. We have been on the waiting list for
a while and have heard nothing, does this mean we are no longer on your
waiting list?
A. All requests stay on our waiting list until we can match you up with a
suitable volunteer who lives locally. If you have not heard anything for a
while, that does not mean you have been forgotten or that you are no longer
on the list. As soon as a volunteer is available they will contact you
directly.
