Chick (Chris) Taylor takes on an epic bike challenge to raise money for Pets As Therapy – cycling 874 miles across the UK.

Setting off from Land's End on Sunday 6 September, Chick is now making his way north, all the way up to John O'Groats. And he's determined to raise as much money as possible for Pets As Therapy.

"We, as a family, benefitted from this kind of therapy when our dog Sid entered our lives just over eight years ago," Chick explains. "He was first and foremost bought into our family for my daughter, Emily, who was suffering from mental health issues. 

"Since then, Sid has been a constant comfort, as like all pets, for us all. This is the reason I have chosen PAT as my charity for this cycling challenge."

Chick has already raised over £1,800, way above his £1,000 target. Congratulations – and keep on peddling!
